I lead a team of Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists and am responsible for the following functions within GBS- Operational Analytics - Finance & Accounts (Managing a 10M+ P&L)- BI and Advance Analytics - Value Realization Key Responsibilities include- Set the vision and execution plan for the GBS Business Intelligence Organization inclusive of developing the roadmap and strategy for BI Services - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate a roadmap of project activity that leads to measurable improvement in business performance metrics/key performance indicators (KPIs) over time- Partner with the global operations team to understand the nuances of each business, region and product to best provide support to their business and provide meaningful insights- Partnering with the Finance and Strategy team on Long Range Plan,(LRP), budget planning, monthly variance reporting and budget trade offs- Build and manage a team of Biz Analysts, Financial Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to develop weekly/monthly/quarterly operational dashboards and presentations with in depth analysis, insights and recommendations to tell the story behind the numbers - Lead transformation of operational reporting from descriptive/diagnostic analytics to predictive and cognitive analysis.
