Managing Bench Consultants:• Oversee and manage the bench consultants, ensuring they are actively marketed and placed in suitable roles.• Maintain a pipeline of consultants with updated resumes, skill sets, and availability. Marketing and Placement:• Identify suitable job opportunities for bench consultants by networking with vendors, clients, and prime vendors.• Coordinate and negotiate with recruiters and hiring managers for rate confirmations and interview schedules.• Proactively market bench consultants on various platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals. Vendor and Client Relationships:• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners to generate job requirements.• Act as a liaison between clients/vendors and consultants during the hiring process.• Ensure continuous communication to address client/vendor queries and concerns.Compliance and Documentation:• Ensure all documentation such as Right to Represent (RTR), NDAs, and other legal agreements are in place before submission.• Verify visa statuses, and ensure compliance with immigration policies for consultants (e.g, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD). Coordination and Follow-Up:• Schedule and follow up on interviews for bench consultants.• Provide timely updates on submission and placement statuses to the team and stakeholders.• Ensure consultants are adequately prepared for interviews and provide feedback post-interview. Team Leadership:• Guide and mentor bench sales executives to enhance productivity.• Establish targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Conduct regular meetings to track progress and discuss strategies.
