Plan and execute new business units onboarding along with hotfixes deployment to production when needed in alignment with business and product team.o Closely tracking project deliverables, change management/ release & scope management. Negotiate and manage scope change via CR process. Prepare/ produce and own documentation for CRs when required.o Responsible for Regularly reporting the status to clients as well as internal stakeholders with the ownership of various documents such as status reports and matrices related to quality and productivity.
