Resyca is a joint venture between Bespak, a leading CDMO and Medspray, the originator of the micro-nozzle technology.Project Management /Device Design and Development: • Plan and execute development activities to ensure they are delivering value • Verification and validation of medical device part of combination products. • Ownership and supervision of external development suppliers and activities • Plan, management and supervision of manufacturing activities as planning and execution of design transfer, initial documentation and maintenance of the Device Master Record (DMR), pFMEA. • Ensure accurate, achievable business cases are developed and manage benefits realisation. • Support governance to exercise strategic alignment & issue resolution. • Coach team members and others, facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate agile and lean management tools and techniquesOthers: • Contribute to the writing of grant applications and scientific articles. • Contribute to the development of the product pipeline and new partner/customer acquisition.
