As an IT Recruiter my role is to support the recruitment team in finding, screening, and engaging with candidates to fulfill the organization\'s hiring needs effectively and efficiently. Responsible for finding potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals. Handled many clients like Tcs, Visa, Google, Atos, Eviden, Amb, Xilinks, Apporchid, Bridge West, GE Healthcare, Exl, Dr.Reddy\'s, Wayfair etc. Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidates\' qualifications and suitability for open positions. Employed Boolean search techniques to refine candidate searches and identify niche talent. Supporting the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates. Conducted initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates\' technical skills and cultural fit. Participated in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to expand knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and technologies.
