Working as a Developer for company’s existing mainframe applications. Responsible for application development and support (Legacy MI - Finance, RMD MI & Property Management) for company’s applications. Responsible for working with different technology team to identify the solutions for integrating different systems for a Business purpose. All the activities are followed by Agile methodology thru KANBAN board. Task creations thru PI Planning meeting happens once in 4 weeks on scheduled times. Managed all facets of project life cycle - design, development, testing, and deployment. Communicate with clients and department heads to gather the requirements. Unit, System & Integration testing of Applications. Prepare documents, test cases and ensure they are error-less. Conduct the knowledge transfer season for the technical support team. Responsible for collecting requirements from client/user for enhancement of system’s functionality. Coordinating with DevOps to migrate the components till Production. Responsible for providing process improvement ideas. Analysis of job failures. Creating One-time & permanent requests thru BRS (Batch Requesting System). Timely resolution/escalation of Job failures (abends).
