As a Lead Full Stack / AI Engineer, I drove end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery across multiple enterprise applications. I led a team of developers through sprint planning, architectural reviews, code audits, and Clean Code enforcement significantly reducing technical debt and improving code quality. I designed and built large-scale front-end and back-end systems using React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL, and modern microservice practices.I developed organization-level solutions, including a custom AI Chatbot using Next.js + TypeScript, an AI document classifier/ summarizer powered by LangChain, and a production-grade conversational AI platform serving internal users with real-time SSE streaming. I architected micro-frontends using Webpack Module Federation, optimized performance with lazy loading and memoization, and implemented shared component ecosystems accessed across teams.On the backend, I designed scalable microservices, optimized SQL queries and indexing for high-volume workloads, and migrated legacy JSP/Servlet monoliths into modern Node.js + React architectures. I introduced distributed caching (Redis, Cloudflare KV), event-driven patterns with Kafka/PubSub, and API governance standards using OpenAPI/Swagger.I also built internal NPM libraries for logging, hooks, utilities, and authentication, and introduced benchmarking, monitoring (Grafana, Cloud Monitor, Dynatrace), and security hardening practices. I partnered with DevOps/SRE teams to align architecture with Kubernetes deployments and cloud scalability strategies. Beyond development, I delivered PoCs showcasing AI agents capable of context retrieval, tool execution, and workflow orchestration.
