Responsible for Process planning for New Product Introduction programs, which includes process - planning, creation & sequencing of manufacturing operations which includes• Cycle line layout preparation and line implementation activity for new product development models• Preparing and maintaining production reports and records- as per global standards and taking corrective action when on critical timeAssessment, validation & verification ofvehicle operation,for manufacturing engineering processes, in BIW, Trim, Chassis, Final assembly and Power train line• Perform Kinematic/Robotic simulations for critical lines.• Execute static assessments or dynamic simulations for critical work zones/stations to exhibit the level of severity of assemblies.Validating product designs as per globalmanufacturing requirements.• Virtual validation of designs and review analysis.• Providing Technical support, advising and information sharing while on production build sequence meetingWorking with PD team weekly basis, from feasibility stage through virtual builds, fixing all the design issuesCascading information effectively to the immediate other supporting team, before the program gateways• Determining manufacturing issues at design phase of the vehicle and proposing alternative design options to fix upcoming issues• Project management & coordination function towards meeting quality and deliveryHomeHuman Simulation for dynamic and static condition
