Led the customer support function and taking actions to address customer complaints and project management for MRO spares and valves. Managing team of 5 members and oversee servicing, resolve customer queries and address non-conformance issues.Enquiry Review and Enquiry acknowledgement to the customer stating the submission dates and our interest to quote based on the product range availability upon the receipt of enquiry from Manager, Field sales or from customer directly. Conducted in depth technical discussions and provided troubleshooting procedures to customer & service providers related to specific control valve applications and operational challenges and visited various end user sites (Indorama (Nigeria), KOC (Kuwait), India – HMEL, BPCL, RFCL, CPCL etc.) to provide onsite technical support.I oversee warranty and non-warranty claims, conduct root cause analysis, provide corrective actions, and analyze data for customer complaints. I offer troubleshooting support, create work instructions, engage in technical discussions and conduct site visits for complaint investigations, valve operation surveys and provide suitable recommendations for the problems. Additionally, trained customers and end-users on control valve troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and optimizing valve performance for their specific applications.Received appreciation from customers and end-users for providing timely support in resolving site issues by providing effective application specific solutions.Providing awareness training on customer complaints, customer feedback to cross-functional team members and prepare lessons learned. In my role, I am responsible for training and developing my team and ensuring the effective implementation of QMS and HSE protocols.
