Conducted in depth technical discussions and provided troubleshooting procedures to customer & service providers related to specific control valve applications and operational challenges and visited various end user sites (Indorama (Nigeria), KOC (Kuwait), India – HMEL, BPCL, RFCL, CPCL etc.) to provide onsite technical support.I oversee warranty and non-warranty claims, conduct root cause analysis, provide corrective actions, and analyze data for customer complaints. I offer troubleshooting support, create work instructions, engage in technical discussions and conduct site visits for complaint investigations, valve operation surveys and provide suitable recommendations for the problems. Additionally, trained customers and end-users on control valve troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and optimizing valve performance for their specific applications.Received appreciation from customers and end-users for providing timely support in resolving site issues by providing effective application specific solutions.Providing awareness training on customer complaints, customer feedback to cross-functional team members and prepare lessons learned.
