Varadaraj is currently working as Principal Architect, with a well-rounded experience in 5G, Telecom, Cloud, VoIP, Embedded Systems, and Consumer Electronics. In his current role, he is working on designing Enterprise 5G solutions for customers in different verticals like Industry 4.0, IoT, EnU, Retail, and Media & Entertainment. He is building industry-ready pilot projects with partners and vendors using 5G O-RAN and private wireless networks. One example is a Digital Twin of an oil refinery, where field services technicians using AR-enabled HMD, can carry out assisted Maintenance and Repair Operations while getting video support from offsite experts. This is achieved over a high throughput low latency 5G network.Varada is also responsible for building the 5G Enterprise Practice offerings portfolio at Wipro. He also works on the GTM strategy with the partner ecosystem. He is the Wipro representative in the O-RAN alliance, driving partnerships with the O-RAN and TIP ecosystem vendors. He holds an AWS Solution Architect Certification, and is an senior member.Varada also has extensive experience as a product architect for Tier 1 telecom equipment vendors. He has worked on product engineering for large central office exchanges and embedded systems including cable modem gateways and VoIP endpoint devices.Varada also has experience as a pre-sales solution architect and has worked on multi-million dollar deals. He was responsible for the technical solution, commercials, and statement of work. Varadaraj is part of the Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) cadre at Wipro and holds two granted patents and a filed patent.

   Architect for NetSymphony, a Wipro IP which is a vendor-agnostic, multi-domain observability and orchestration platform for 5G network deployment. NetSymphony is designed to be cloud native and can be deployed on any public/private cloud.IP Productization for NetSymphony – this involved investigating and resolving all the issues reported by Vulnerability and Penetration Testing (VAPT), Risk Assessment, Static Analysis, Software Composition Analysis for opensource componentsDemonstrated capabilities of NetSymphony to multiple customers Designed the Fault Management system for a Wireless Optical Communications (5G Backhaul) system using Kafka, Redis, and deployed in Google Cloud. Was the lead architect for a 10 member team.Managed the technical team responsible for feature development. Oversaw task creation and assignment, facilitated stand-up meetings, and conducted architecture, design and code reviews.Designed and developed an intent-based networking conversational AI assistant for NetSymphony, that interprets user intents from natural language prompts for network setup, configuration, and monitoring. This was implemented using the LangGraph multi-agent supervisor model. Its capabilities include infrastructure and network slice creation, workload deployment, and reading infrastructure status.Authored a patent for the Intent Based Networking ideaDeveloped Python ML models for anomaly detection, log correlation, and inferencing to analyze network function traces and logs. Used Nvidia Tesla T4 GPU for acceleration.Nvidia NIM RAG: Implemented RAG use cases for event correlation across network functions with Root Cause Analysis and generation of the Method of Procedure (MOP)
