Hands-on experience on Sample Manager21.1, 12.3, 12.2, 12.0 and Integration Manager 3.2.0Hand on experience on upgrading star LIMS to sample manager 21.1 v. Hands-on experience on Sample Manager 12.2 and 12.3 up-gradation process. Hands-on experience on MLP Products like Creating and modified MLP header, MLP Level, MLP Components, and MLP Limits.Directly interacting with customers from different countries across the globe and providing the Solutions. Involving in basic user level support to code enhancements to the application.Excellent hands on experience in troubleshooting problems and improving the performance of application processes.
