Chun-Ling \"Vanya\" Hsu is a mixed-methods human behavior researcher with 4+ years of experience. Interested in architecture, facilities, and consulting firms. With a background in applied cognitive psychology, she applies her knowledge and skills in human cognition, behavior, and emotion to design and evaluate user experiences that are engaging, accessible, and effective.She has a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including statistics, experimental design, user interviews and content development. She has worked on evidence-based research projects for various domains, such as design firms, built environment, information architecture, and non-profits. She has also collaborated with multidisciplinary teams following agile and scrum frameworks and contributed to the development and dissemination of research findings and recommendations. She is passionate about exploring the intersection of psychology, design, and technology, and creating solutions that enhance user satisfaction and well-being.
