As Senior OCM Consultant I identify change impacts related to strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and technology implementations throughout federal, state, county and commercial organizations. My priority is to identify and advise change processes for large scale digital transformation projects, including human resource information systems (HRIS), financial information systems and other digital products (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365). My work includes, but is not limited to- Change management and strategy plan development - Stakeholder management and analysis - Communication plan development - Training plan development - Hypercare / End of Project Support Current Client: State of Arizona, Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) HRIS Modernization Project My role is to oversee integrated change management team activities and processes that provide support for the State of Arizona\'s human resource information system (HRIS) suite replacement. Which, impacts over 70K+ State of Arizona employees (94 agencies), colleges/universities and retirees. The successful completion of this project will yield a replacement for all core HR, benefits, payroll, time and leave reporting, deductions and accounting management systems.
