Hi, I’m Vanshita, with 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle with knowledge of finance operations and collections processes.I currently work as a Senior Finance Analyst at JLL, supporting AR and Collections activities with a strong focus on reducing overdue percentages, improving cash flow visibility, and streamlining collections processes through a solid understanding of end-to-end O2C operations.Previously, I worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Process Associate in the O2C – Collections domain, where I managed US-based client portfolios, resolved disputes, and ensured timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships.
