I work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and enterprise transformation.Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to build and contribute across startup and enterprise environments — experiences that have shaped how I think about execution, governance, and long-term impact.As a co-founder of a healthcare analytics venture backed under the Government of India’s Startup India Seed Fund Scheme, I led strategic planning, financial modeling, and operational scaling in a high-ambiguity environment. Building within resource constraints strengthened my ability to prioritize, allocate capital responsibly, and align innovation with measurable outcomes.I have also worked with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), contributing to an enterprise modernization roadmap focused on cost optimization, reporting efficiency, and governance-aligned transformation.Currently at EPAM Systems, I work as a software developer in a client-facing delivery capacity, contributing to solution design and enterprise reporting architecture while collaborating with stakeholders to align digital execution with strategic KPIs. I focus on structuring complex problems, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and leveraging technology to enable data-driven decision-making.I am particularly interested in economic competitiveness, institutional transformation, and public-private ecosystem development in emerging markets. Long term, I aspire to contribute to initiatives that strengthen governance frameworks and enable sustainable, innovation-driven growth.
