As a People Ambassador at Wipro, I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture for our employees. I work with the HR team to implement various initiatives and programs that support employee engagement, retention, and development. I also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that our people policies and practices align with our organizational values and goals. I have been in this role since Oct 2021, after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Sacred Heart Convent School in Sep 2021. During my studies, I gained valuable skills and knowledge in areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion. I also completed the Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment, which demonstrates my proficiency in using LinkedIn as a talent acquisition tool. I am eager to learn new things and grow as a HR professional and a People Ambassador.
