Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business requirements- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions. Create reports to present findings to stakeholders- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis- Project Support: Assist in project planning. Track project progress and update project documentation accordingly. Participate in project meetings, provide status updates, and address any issues that arise- Testing and Validation: Support the testing phase by participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. Document any issues or defects found during testing and work with the development team to resolve them- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all analysis activities. Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
