ABOUT VANSHIKA MODI

As a Legal Associate at Akhil Modi & Associates, I work primarily on recovery of loans for banks and NBFCs through dispute resolution techniques or the RDB Act. I draft legal documents, manage arbitration proceedings, and maintain client relationships. I also participate in virtual hearings and provide legal advice on various matters. I graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2022, with a focus on banking, corporate, finance, and securities law. I completed several internships that honed my research and drafting skills, such as at Lumina Datamatics, where I prepared summaries for international arbitration awards from various institutes and centers. I have also obtained a certification in Microsoft Excel from Udemy and published a study on corporate veil in Indian Legal Solution. I am passionate about advocating for women\'s rights and actively engage in related initiatives and discussions.
