As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Christel House, I manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both academic and non-academic roles across multiple branches. My responsibilities begin with posting jobs on relevant platforms and extend through sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to ensure the right fit for each role. I conduct initial evaluations, coordinate assessments, and manage every stage of the interview process up to the HOA round. By handling scheduling, communication, and follow-ups, I act as the central link between candidates and leadership, ensuring the hiring process is structured, transparent, and efficient.In addition to recruitment, I coordinate onboarding to provide new employees with a smooth transition into the organization. This includes sharing welcome notes, verifying documents, initiating background and PVC checks, preparing ID cards, and aligning with IT for access and training requirements. I also ensure that all employee data is accurately recorded and updated in our internal application, helping maintain compliance and supporting HR reporting.My role further involves managing HR documentation and compliance across branches. From maintaining employee files, resumes, and insurance records to tracking attendance, leave applications, and late-in/early logout data, I ensure accuracy and timely submission for approvals. I also collaborate with the Accounts team to support PF, insurance, and payroll-related documentation, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.I additionally support employee engagement activities across branches, helping to foster a positive and connected workplace culture. By combining recruitment expertise with onboarding and HR operations, I contribute to building a workforce that is not only aligned with organizational needs but also supported with the right processes and structure.
