ABOUT VANSHIKA MALIK

As a recent graduate from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics Information Technology (BAIT) and Finance, my career aspirations center around leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business processes and drive impactful decision-making. I am eager to explore opportunities in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, and E-Commerce, where I can apply my skills to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. I am skilled in tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and ERP systems(Quickbooks, InforM3), and have experience in applying these technologies to simplify workflows, improve data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights. My expertise extends to product analytics, process workflow, and product strategy. Prior to this, I worked as an E-Commerce Administrator at HN International, where I honed my skills in process optimization, website management, and customer experience enhancement. Additionally, my leadership role with Rutgers Women in Business allowed me to mentor underclassmen and foster community engagement through workshops and career planning initiatives. Through my diverse academic and professional experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in Business Analytics, Data Visualization, and IT Strategy. My coursework includes Data Management, Process Reengineering, Financial Analytics, and UX Design, equipping me with a robust understanding of both technical and business frameworks. With a passion for creating value through innovation and collaboration, I am eager to explore opportunities that will allow me to further refine my skills and contribute to organizational success.
