I am Vanshika Jain, Emerging professional🧑‍ A CS professional student who has cleared Group 2 and 3 along with exemption in GRMC(Group 1) of CS professionals. Also undergoing my CS training wherein I have worked on assignments such as- Company Law - Preparation of Documents : MOA, AOA,Shifting of registered office, Company Incorporations, Auditor Appointments, Resignation of Directors, Search Report on Charges, Right Issue & MSME Disclosures. Secretarial work such as Minutes of the Meetings. Forms : DIR-8, MBP-1, ADT-1, DIR-12, DIR 6, PAS-3, MSME-1, MGT 14, CHG-4, DIR-3, DIR 3 KYC Web, DSC registration, DPT 3, IEC updation. LLP - LLP Agreement, Deed of Reconstution, Filing Form 3, 4, 8 and 11, Name Application, Resubmission name. I have completed my bachelor of commerce from Thakur College of Science and Commerce and currently I am pursuing company secretary course (finals).Also I am simultaneously doing LLB from Thakur Ramnarayan College of law wherein I was a member of Moot Court association and won various moots(Constitutional moot) and trial competitions (Best prosecution team) at Intra level also My team Stood as runner up in NMIMS INDORE MOOT COURT COMPETITION based on Family law, Quarterfinalist in moot court arranged by Frontier welfare society and also Participated in 2nd National moot court competition organized by shobhit deemed University based on criminal moot also actively participating in quiz competitions. Worked as Legal intern at Ravi Gakhar Law Office, Advocate Ravi Gakhar-(Punjab Haryana High Court of India)and gained knowledge about criminal, labour, client management etc. Worked under Advocate Sameer Kaushik sir wherein I have learnt about arbitration proceedings, civil matters, drafting etc was also research intern at Amicus Qriae wherein I got to enhance my drafting skills. My research paper on \"Critical analysis on trade secrets and unfolding the path of Intellectual property rights\" has been published with Indian Journal of Integrated Research in law and case commentary on criminalisation of politics on legalserviceIndia for which I received certificate of legal writers award for excellence writing.
