ABOUT VANSHIKA ANGI
As a Software Developer at Optum, UnitedHealth Group, I contribute to the reimagining and migration of UPM/tenant services, managing billions of requests per second through SOAP and REST APIs using SpringBoot. I also handle the testing phase and production deployments of microservices using Kubernetes, enhancing service performance and reliability. With the help of my backend team, I conducted code cleanup of legacy microservices using JAVA and Spock Framework, and accomplished consumer onboarding for microservices.I have a strong background in data engineering, having interned at BlackRock, Inc as a Software Development Engineering Intern, where I utilized Python and Microsoft Power BI to create visualizations and automate portfolio tree generation. I was also solely in charge of improving the perl and cfg files used by the Green package process. I completed my Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, where I learned and applied various skills such as back-end web development, systems design, and communication. I have multiple certifications in data structures, algorithms, and career development, and I participated in the Startup Punjab Hackathon 2019.
