During this internship, I gained hands-on experience with Agile methodology and worked on a project titled \"Agile Methodology Dashboard.\" My primary responsibility was to develop an interactive dashboard to monitor and display Agile project progress. I created various graphs like burndown charts, velocity charts, sprint progress charts, and doughnut charts, ensuring comprehensive project tracking. Additionally, I automated the generation of daily and weekly reports and integrated them with the dashboard. While primarily working as a backend developer, I also occasionally took on the role of a Scrum Master, managing team workflows and facilitating Agile processes.
