Engage in application-specific follow-up support with current customers to ensure their continued success.• Perform system and application training as well as technical sponsor to customers after the product has been installed.• Work closely with Business partners and Field Sales operations to provide credible and technical support in a fast paced pre- and post-sales environment.• Perform instrument demonstrations and provide expert advice to customers during the sales process, focusing on how system solutions will address and benefit the customer’s needs• Application support in pre-sales and post sales situations for primarily Liquid chromatography.• Generate visibility and customer awareness and advise customers on innovative chromatography technologies.• Accountable for the customer experience with the product (e.g. advice on applications).• Conduct technical trainings, experiments and demonstrations in theory and practice for external and internal customers.• Analyse the market and identify unmet needs in the product line change.• Participate in key conferences and giving presentations and workshops.• Work closely with R&D, Marketing, sales and operations.• Accurately document field support activities, including qualification and service reports, expense report and timely submit through the required systems.• Identify the appropriate Commissioning and Qualification strategy to apply on specific project and define the list of activities required.• Development of validation plans and testing documents to ensure accurate testing of chromatography systems and related hardware with no critical audit observations.• Support activities that include but are not limited to; the preparation of Validation/Qualification Plans, Risk Assessments, User Requirement Specification, Traceability Matrix, Testing (IQ/OQ/PQ), Data Migration, SOPs and Change controls.
