   Key member of the NPI team and the main interface with the internal operations team, Product Engineer team, Engineer team as well as our Contract Manufacturers (CM). • Work along with Product Engineering to define the test strategy, implement and optimize test flow/setup/processes at the CM including qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and test software. • Work concurrently with the Design Engineers and Product Engineers to provide design for testability (DFT) feedback throughout the design process. • Investigate, troubleshoot analyze yield issues and provide concise paretos and yield analysis reports during prototype and production builds to resolve issues and improve yields. • Interface with Design Engineering, Product Engineer and our CM team to achieve desired improvement goals. • Deploy and provide training for OPS team, Product Service Team and CM team as well. • Responsible for developing test procedures, preventative maintenance (PM) plans and troubleshooting guides to support onsite pilot build and at CM as well. • Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to enhance production efficiency. • Drive improvement efforts to achieve target FPY’s goal.
