Over 30 years of Project Controls work experience in the Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Industry for construction of Oil Processing, Utility Plants, and Infrastructure projects working as Quantity Surveyor and/or Cost Control/Engineer. Had worked in various overseas projects in the Middle East, North and South Africa, and Latin America in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. Had been on many Oil and Gas projects on greenfield and brownfield land projects such as the construction of Gas and Oil Production Plants, Petrochemical Plant, Naphtha Reformer Plant, Liquefied Natural Gas Plant and various Infrastructure constructions such as Industrial Roads, Viaducts, and Bridges for Motorway System in Kuwait and others like Steel Production Plant, Marine Port Development Works. Also had worked on Offshore/onshore Oil pipeline installation for Shell and Mobil projects in Nigeria. Was also in the Woodland pipeline, a joint venture partnership by Imperial Oil/ExxonMobil and Enbridge which provides transport services from the Kearl Oil Sands Project to the Edmonton area. The 36” pipeline has an average annual capacity of 379,00 BPD and is expandable to BPD. Also had experience in the Modular Fabrication Yard at Nisku for the fabrication and module assembly for Oil and Gas companies in Alberta. The last work I did was the overseas project with Tengizchevroil (TCO) in Tengiz, Kazakhstan as Sr. Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for 3rd Generation Injection (3GI) plant job site. Good knowledge in the project cost estimate, budget preparation, quantity surveying, and contract review and administration.
