My role involves collaborating closely with various Business Unit’s including Digital & AI, EV, Manufacturing, QAD, Production, Finance, Business Planning, HR to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. I specialize in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Strategy, leveraging agile methodologies and data-driven solutions to drive organizational success. Key responsibilities include: • Leading end-to-end talent acquisition operations to ensure the recruitment of top-tier talent aligned with business objectives. • Spearheading the implementation of Digitalization (Drawinbox), optimizing recruitment processes and fostering seamless integration across functions. • Developing frameworks to enhance recruitment efficiency and reduce time-to-fill for open positions. • Implementing cost-effective strategies to reduce the cost per hire across assigned functions. • Designing and executing talent management strategies, including succession planning and performance management initiatives. • Cultivating strong partnerships with business leaders, HRBPs, and outsourced partners to deliver comprehensive workforce and talent acquisition plans. • Leveraging HR analytics to provide data-driven insights to management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.• Lead a team of 8 HR professionals to manage end-to-end talent acquisition operations.
