I am on a mission to connect the dots. I work across three different sectors which are corporate, social sector and farming. I am in the process of discovering how each can influence the other. Currently, I work at Infosys and am a founding member of the strategic large deals team at Infosys focused on crafting and closing USD 50 mio and above deals. I lead a team of experts responsible for providing strategic insights, governance, commercial solutions and crafting experiences for large deals.My overall experience spans across multiple Functions, Industries and Geo\'s. I have worked in corporate strategy, sales, finance, relationship management and marketing functions across Information Technology, Automotive, Banking, Insurance and Electronics Process Industry.I am equally committed to social development activities. I spent a year full time at an NGO (Akanksha, Pune) learning about delivering high quality education for the underserved communities. I am currently also heading CSR at Infosys, Mysore and spearheading initiatives in the areas of rural school transformation, upskilling and providing employment for rural youth and running livelihood programs for visually impaired youth.I am also a farmer experimenting with natural farming with focus on enabling sustainable rural employment.
