As a Senior Program Manager at JLL, I manage complex and high-profile Projects and Programs for JLL\'s key Clients. With over 20 years of combined experience in the construction industry managing a wide variety of different projects, and my Structural Engineering + Construction Management education I have a proven track record of delivering excellent results while managing multiple cross functional project teams.I am a certified PMP and LEED Green Associate, with strong leadership skills throughout all project phases from initiation and planning to execution and closing as well as proficient in commercial and residential Ground-up construction, build-out, and multiphase TI projects. I am also an expert in bid review, contract negotiation and contractor selection, estimates, schedules, budgets, and communication plans, as well as leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. My mission is to establish workable solutions to client\'s needs and business challenges, and to contribute to the success and growth of JLL and its partners.
