MTech Post graduate in Computer Science with experience as a Business Analyst RESPONSIBILITIES:• Pre-Sales documentation Activities( Understanding Document,Presentations,Flow Diagrams,Proposal Document, Contract Document). • Requirement gathering with client (Presenting our understanding of the requirement & gathering the required details from client). • Preparation of SRS document and flow diagrams with respect to the requirement gathered (Details Scope document which provides the full understanding of the project). • Getting approvals from client for the scope shared to ensure our understanding is in line with the customer. • Preparation of Wireframes (To help designers get an understanding of the screen to be designed). • Client Communication (Proper & Timely communication with the client). • Creating project plans in PM tool. • Project Management (Conducting weekly meeting, updating clients on work progress, managing the task for resources, Conducting Demos, Conducting meetings with the team to ensure timely completion, Ensure to clarify the doubts of the developers regarding the scope ). • Provide the full understanding of the project to the Testing Team ( Make sure to do unit testing & also help the testing team to undersatnd the scope). • Delivering projects on time
