Create, maintain, and distribute the monthly payment request calendar for approval by the Onshore AP Director. Run the daily outstanding payment list and distribute it to both Onshore and Offshore Vendor Relations teams. Perform daily media payment requests across all agencies, including Checks, ACH, Credit Card, and Intercompany payments. Review the OCI statement to ensure all payments from previous requests have been fully processed, with no failed or returned payments. Oversee the Request Tracker and inform the team of the previous night\'s payment requests. Execute and distribute ACH remit emails to all vendors the day after the payment request. Coordinate with the AP Manager for Out-of-Pocket (OOP) and Out-of-Cycle (OOC) requests daily. Stop and void payments as necessary, including 120-day stops and ad-hoc requests. Provide check copies to vendors upon request. Generate end-of-month reports for the Working Capital team, including Outstanding Check and ACH reports. Post manual wire payments. Provide AP maintenance support by entering various types of AP vouchers (ACH penny test, vendor clean-up). Address ad-hoc requests as needed.
