Wells Fargo corporate risk technology is one of the key areas in Wells Fargo, in analyzing and exposing the potential operational risks that the bank goes through in day-to-day business activities. Operational risk summarizes the uncertainties and hazards a company faces when it attempts to do its day-to-day business activities within a given field or industry. One of the sources of the key risk indicators (KRI) & data are provided by the Issues management.Issue management is the process of quickly identifying and addressing any problems that occur over the course of a project or within an organization. This involves documenting the issues and resolving them through careful review and consideration of all relevant information.Issue management in Wells Fargo has been migrated to a new product called Veritas from existing legacy system SHRP. Veritas has been architected by collaborating various systems such as RDS (Risk Data Services), BIL (Business Integration Layer) & ServiceNow (Third party Product)ServiceNow is a third-party application that supports UI, hosted in private cloud and which is outside of the Wells Fargo network. Business Integration Layer (BIL) was developed, in order to integrate the Wells Fargo systems to communicate to ServiceNow in bidirectional way.
