I have undertaken a variety of roles with HSBC in the UK, the United Arab Emirates and currently in the US with a proven track record of success. My military leadership experience prior to joining HSBC has proven valuable in undertaking Senior Management roles in both Corporate and Personal Banking. Positions held have included various degrees of responsibilities and accountabilities, working with Board Executives and achieving stretching targets - COO Business Management, Transformation, Sales, Operational and Strategic. I have led successful teams of over 100 staff including the management of regulated Relationship Managers such as Financial Planning Managers and Independent Financial Advisors. In the UK I led and implemented the customer experience strategy for Commercial Banking and in the UAE I was a key contributor to the acquisition of the Lloyds TSB UAE business, an important HSBC Group strategic transaction.
