I design and scale cross-sector solutions where health care, public systems, and social infrastructure intersect.I’m a public health and Medicaid leader focused on translating complex policy and regulatory environments into durable, community-anchored strategies—bringing together managed care, government, providers, and community partners to improve population-level outcomes.Across my career, I’ve led large, cross-functional portfolios spanning housing and homelessness, food and nutrition, economic stability, and social health integration, with a strong emphasis on implementation, measurement, and system sustainability. I bring deep experience in public health research, evaluation, and program design, paired with practical operating leadership in highly complex environments.My leadership focuses on building structures that last—establishing clear governance, aligning incentives, and creating shared accountability across sectors so complex initiatives can move from concept to sustained impact.I currently serve on the Patient Engagement Advisory Board of the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) and lecture at the Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine on social health, community partnerships, and health system transformation.
