GLOBAL NORTH AMERICAN OEM’S / BRAND PROJECTS_FORD / LINCOLN / TESLA / GM / STELLANTIS / ESTEE LAUDER / L’OREAL / P&G · Lead CMF design and creative activities for North American OEM’s and Brand Owners in the automotive and plastic cosmetic markets, engaged as the key contact with major brands such as Ford, GM, TESLA, Stellantis, L’Oreal, Estee Lauder and P&G for active design projects, creative initiatives and rapid prototyping. · Lead Designer, responsible to enhance the styling with creative use of KURZ technology and materials in order to bring loyalty to the brands by enhancing the individual character differentiation in strategies and execution. · Lead of multifunctional and multicultural teams, guiding them to execute and implement with excellence our products from the prototypes until final production piece. DESIGN STUDIES_DESIGN TRENDS & KURZ USA INNOVATION CENTER · Coordinating all discussions among our Global KURZ Design Teams (Germany / Austria / China) in order to understand better all the new technologies available on the market to ensure that will be competitive in the future, creating products that are truly global in terms of quality, appearance, cost, and sustainability. · Responsible for recognizing and developing new trends to deliver market differentiation. · Analyze the competitive benchmark scenario among different regions and propose new and relevant innovative material developments. · Leading and coordinating internal discussions with the Innovation Team, helping them to understand our product development process, to be able to identify our local needs in terms of resources and technologies. · Lead Designer, responsible to elevate KTP Design presence globally, inside and outside of the company, by strengthening the relationship/communication among our teams and with a significant amount of approval on regards Concept Design ideas.
