ABOUT VANESSA SARACINO

With over eight years of experience in office administration and human resources, I am passionate about enhancing employee relations and productivity at Laurentian Bank, where I currently serve as a Human Resources Advisor. In this role, I provide strategic guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR issues and initiatives, such as performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and diversity and inclusion. I also collaborate with the HR team and other departments to implement and improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices. Prior to joining Laurentian Bank as a Human Resources Coordinator in May 2022, I worked as an Office Administrator at Plomberie Saracino Inc. for eight years, where I coordinated administrative operations, provided employee onboarding services, and maintained detailed administrative and procedural processes. During this time, I also pursued my education in human resource management, earning a certificate from McGill University in 2020 and a master\'s degree in labor and industrial relations from Université de Montréal in 2023. My academic background has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to handle complex and sensitive HR matters with professionalism and empathy. I am a motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player who values continuous learning and development.
