Hello! I\'m Vanessa. I am a Registered Professional Forester in Ontario and Alberta and I work as a Lead Forest Analyst at Silvacom. I co-directed FREED (Field Research in Ecology & Evolution Diversified) for the University of Toronto chapter, where we create accessible, barrier-free opportunities for Indigenous, Black, and Racialized undergraduate students in environmental and conservation sectors. When I\'m not thinking about trees, you\'ll often find me watching birds, knitting socks, reading books, or climbing rocks.
