At euNetworks we invest in our people as we scale our business and I\'d welcome the opportunity to speak with you if you\'re interested in joining the team. At euNetworks, I built the Talent function from the ground up—establishing systems, processes, a high-performing team and a strong vendor network to support business growth.During this time, I redesigned and implemented the graduate and apprenticeship programmes, aligning early careers hiring with long-term talent and succession needs. Partnering closely with the Senior Leadership Team, I supported the company’s growth from approximately 180 to over 400 employees across multiple regions.Alongside this, I have played a key role in a number of business-critical transformation initiatives. Most recently, I acted as a lead within a small cross-functional team to successfully establish and launch a new operational hub in Bulgaria. This involved shaping the talent strategy, building local hiring capability and ensuring the right structures and people were in place to support long-term success. My involvement spanned both strategic planning and hands-on delivery, helping to bring a new centre of excellence to life.

Following over 13 years of post-graduate experience in search and selection, I later transitioned into internal hiring, where I had the opportunity to establish the Recruitment function at euNetworks from the ground up—shaping strategy, processes, and partnerships to support business expansion. I’ve built my career around connecting organisations with the talent they need to grow and succeed.My experience spans working closely with stakeholders at all levels and across functions throughout EMEA, alongside earlier hiring experience across APAC, MEA and the US. This global perspective has strengthened my ability to navigate diverse markets, cultures, and business needs.I’m particularly passionate about talent development and succession planning, championing initiatives that support a more diverse and equitable workforce. I thrive in environments focused on transformation and growth, where recruitment plays a key role in shaping the future of an organisation.
