I’m a strategic and mission-driven DEI leader passionate about creating workplaces where every voice matters. In my current role as Social Impact Coordinator at Mutual of Omaha, I lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen inclusion, belonging, and leadership development through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and cultural engagement programs.Over the past four years, I’ve partnered with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to redesign and scale ERG programs, achieving measurable impact- 10% increase in ERG engagement and 12% growth in cross-ERG membership over 24 months- Sustained 35% company-wide ERG participation during periods of rapid organizational growth- Facilitated leadership development for 100+ ERG leaders, equipping them to influence culture and drive changeI thrive at the intersection of strategy and culture, building programs that not only meet business objectives but also create meaningful experiences for employees.    In this role, primary duties include overseeing and supporting Mutual of Omaha\'s 9 internal Employee Resource Groups. Helping to oversee and assist with coordinating, planning and executing employee engagement events and opportunities to support Social Impact and DEI initiatives at the company. Following events, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the activities progress and outcomes.
