Regional plant operations rep in a complex supply chain environment. In my current role, I oversee four 3rd-party logistics (3PL) facilities for one of the world’s most sustainable companies. My role is the operational bridge between CHEP, 3PL partners, and supply chain business owners. I’m responsible for over assets shipping to customers throughout the state of Wisconsin! My focus is people, safety, quality, delivery, production, and contract management. I regularly use platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, Lucid, and Microsoft. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I’ve led both hourly and salaried teams across various industries. My experience includes plant operations leading 100+ employees and managing $8.5 million heavy-duty and hazardous government equipment. I’m known for identifying inefficiencies, solving operational problems, and building strong relationships. Past experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, and Hubnetics. I’ve worked in roles that strengthened my ability to advise leaders, assess risk, navigate complex people issues, and communicate clearly under pressure.I’ve worked with teams across industries and cultures, and I value strong partnerships as much as execution. I enjoy volunteer work in the communities I’ve lived and worked in!
