As the partnership manager and joint owner of the company I am responsible for the operational positioning of Building Capacity. My role is to create and maintain relationships with partner companies and clients which can lead to new business and potential clients. I work as a key business professional responsible for the evolution and exposure of the business. I create, maintain and grow significant CRM contracts to enable business development and reach our targets.The main focus of my work is building stable relationships with our partner companies – Pearson Group and Ecordia.Pearson WBL, a world leading education company, are uniquely placed to provide everything needed to address skills gaps and enable learners to reach their full potential as effectively and efficiently as possible. We are proud that Pearson have assessed, assured and accredited our FLEX modules.Ecordia is a premier provider with one of the best online systems available and nearly 10 years of e-portfolio experience.Dedicated to providing online cutting edge technology, reducing cost, improving quality and increasing efficiency we work with our customers as partners, not merely suppliers. These companies support us in delivering our unique tailored FLEX courses both online and offline.Another element of my role is to create stable relationships with our clients, identifying their needs and helping them choose the most suitable courses. Good relationships with our existing clients will often lead to recommendations and new customers. In order to ensure all our customers get a consistently high quality service, I supervise staff training and monitor their interaction with clients. I also help to market our courses through public speaking events, communications through the local media and by personally attending Building Capacity’s events. Meeting new people and building a rapport with them is the best part of my job.
