I am a STEMM Student Success Specialist with extensive experience in organizing and managing undergraduate and post-baccalaureate pathway programs, expanding opportunities for undergraduate and graduate/professional trainees, and fostering a sense of belonging for trainees. I am recognized for my passion for mentoring students. I am especially effective at promoting inclusive excellence in my past and current roles with the goal of expanding access to STEMM professions.
