Working with internal clients (University Hospital Southampton), to build and maintain effective working relationships to ensure we maintain a good understanding of their external clients temporary staffing recruitment needs and requirements for all non clinical staffing roles from entry level to Specialist Roles. Proactively source, attract and assess candidates to NHSP, and maintain a network of contacts to be effective in reacting to client short and long-term needs. Recruitment and placement of Non-clinical workers to meet demand within client trusts, driving and delivering the talent attraction and recruitment services for NHS Professionals including campaigns, screening, processing, and referring relevant applicants into the candidate pipeline using best practice solutions. Working closely with Trust clients for weekly review to ensure all the Non-clinical roles are filled and all the vacancy are filled without agency support Proactively working on market mapping analysis for Admin and clerical roles including IT, Finance, Estates, Project Management Supporting Bank members to complete their applications and compliance process. Review with internal team for improvement and ensure the process are smooth and meet Trust expectation
