Hello I’m Vanessa Boateng. I have 3-4 years experience as a B.A/ Rehabilitation Specialist. In the past years I have been able to- Evaluate patients needs, conduct physical and psychological assessments, and identify potential risks- Administer medications, monitor side effects, and educate patients about medication regimen - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including setting goals and objectives- Administer and interpret psychological tests and assessments to diagnose and monitor mental health conditions- Provide crisis intervention and emergency services, such as assessing suicide risk and developing safety plans- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, nurses and counselors, to coordinate care- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans- Provide mental health services in various settings, such as hospitals, clinics, or private practice.I’m currently an intern with Google as a Project Manager.
