I’m a Chemistry graduate from the University of Los Andes (Venezuela, 2006) with over 19 years of experience in the glass industry. My career has spanned three countries, giving me the opportunity to lead diverse teams, manage complex processes, and adapt to new cultures and languages. Early on, I earned a specialization in Quality Systems and a Green Belt Six Sigma certification, which shaped my approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence. In 2025, I completed my MBA, which provided me with the knowledge and tools to understand business from a broader, more strategic perspective. I’m passionate about learning and growth—both personally and professionally—and I’m always seeking new ways to positively influence my environment.
