    I have contributed to America\'s Best Idea since starting with the National Park Service as an intern grad student in 2011! As a senior program analyst for the Financial and Business Management System\'s (FBMS) Program Office, offer subject matter expertise (SME) particularly in the areas of the acquisition lifecycle, financial assistance, and energy and water reporting that is sent forth to Congress annually for renewable energy and greenhouse gas reporting. Support and train thousands of FBMS end users from coast to coast, as well as our U.S. territories. Develop and execute educational material, including interactive training sessions, recorded video, and various written materials. Possess a keen understanding of the park positions - and sentiments of said position-holders - as well as the policy requirements that drive the federal workload requirements. Leverage this knowledge to help shape and develop the business cases and conversations that drive change and improvement for the user experience.
