ABOUT VANESSA WATKINS
With 6 years of experience in the CRE sector, and 12 years in customer service and sales, I have developed a passion for problem-solving. Having worked in a wide range of business centres; from managed to leased, intimate spaces to multi-floor complexes, I understand how to bring the character out of a centre and its team, and how to tailor operational structures and sales strategies, to allow it to grow and thrive. My competitive nature has made me naturally target-focused and results-driven, which has led to a number of sales achievements and leadership recognition along the years. I am a big advocate for coaching and mentoring, as I believe you can do anything with the right mindset, and coach. That said, I don\'t limit myself to just being a great manager, but a great leader.
