Hi, I’m Vanessa! I’m currently a junior at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte majoring in Health Systems Management, with double minors in Spanish and Public Health.I’m passionate about making healthcare more efficient, inclusive, and accessible for everyone. I’m especially interested in how strong systems, clear communication, and thoughtful leadership can improve both patient experiences and organizational outcomes.Over the past few years, I’ve gained experience in administrative support while building a solid foundation in public health principles and bilingual communication. As a Spanish speaker, I value the role language plays in creating equitable healthcare environments.Outside of academics, I enjoy volunteering and staying involved in my community. Giving back and working directly with others has strengthened my commitment to service and reinforced why I’m drawn to healthcare in the first place.I genuinely enjoy working with people and learning how healthcare systems operate from the inside out.
