Provide direct clinical supervision and guidance to social workers, caseworkers, community liaison staff, and Social Work Interns. Screen and assign cases. Schedule staff. Read, review and signed off on staff documentation. Evaluate work performance, conduct performance evaluations and maintain time and leave records. Provide and document clinical supervision of Licensed Master Social Workers toward advanced licensure. Prepare clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and document case histories. Interpret clinical information and diagnosis based on case data, histories, statistics, etc. Prepare and submit patient assessments and case findings necessary to support recommended courses of action. Train and instruct staff/Interns in agency policies and procedures and in appropriate social work techniques, methods, and practices. Ensure compliance with accepted social work practices and adherence to government rules, regulations, and reporting requirements. Participate in conferences and meetings with supervisory and other clinical professionals. Facilitate communication with community agencies to utilize available community resources. Perform the duties of the Director in their temporary absence.
